Crissi is awesome! She has so much knowledge, and a lot of patience! If shes not sure about something she will get more info from her team and she will inform you as soon as she gets it and follow up with you ASAP! Youre never in the dark while working with Crissi. Ive been looking for a house for a long time and now I'm finally a first time homeowner, all with the help of Crissi! Shes been by my side the whole entire time, motivating me, encouraging me and also educating me while in the process of looking for homes. She goes above and beyond for her clients! Crissi was great help from the beginning of our property purchased. I was very nervous about this purchase and the process due to it being our 1st commercial property. She knows her craft and will go the extra mile to make sure I understood what was going on and what options to consider. She helped produce the proper contracts that was needed. Crissi found tenants and took them through a screening process which ended with us having good tenants. If I didn't agree with something, we talked about it and came up with the best solution. Even though the transactions are complete she does checkup just to see how things are going. We recommend Crissi and will have her on future endeavors.
