Crissi was great help from the beginning of our property purchased. I was very nervous about this purchase and the process due to it being our 1st commercial property. She knows her craft and will go the extra mile to make sure I understood what was going on and what options to consider. She helped produce the proper contracts that was needed. Crissi found tenants and took them through a screening process which ended with us having good tenants. If I didn't agree with something, we talked about it and came up with the best solution. Even though the transactions are complete she does checkup just to see how things are going. We recommend Crissi and will have her on future endeavors.
