We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to incredible work. Ms. Farias, brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Although we received multiple offers, we ended up working with nervous buyers. Ms. Farias, was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience!

Criselda went out of her way to handle many items that would have made us drive 4 hours to take care of. She was always reachable and checked in with us frequently (but not too frequently!) during our home purchase journey. Out of all the realtors I have worked with, Criselda Farias has been the best by far. She really takes good care of you. I would highly recommend hiring her. So if anyone out there is looking for a Realtor, look no more. She Is very understanding and emphasizes with you. So amazing; she has an amazing maintance guy who really knows his way around fixtures. Next time I need a realtor she is going to be the first one I call.

The process of selling or buying a home can be very stressful to both parties. However, Criselda helped ease that stress on a daily basis. She constantly gave us updates and worked with the sellers realtor aggressively on negotiations. Before we listed our home, she added her own personal touch and provided an amazing photography team! I knew after seeing the photos, our house would sell quickly and it did! Within 3 days of it being on the market we had multiple offers! One note to mention is that she does an awesome job sharing her listings on social media. I find this to be a very useful tool. It definitely helped get the word out. Criselda is a wonderful person and we were extremely blessed to have her assist us in the sale of our home! I would highly recommend her if you are in the market of listing or buying!

ZillowVERIFIED I have nothing but good things to say about Criselda Farias. Not only did she make my family feel like we were her only client, but she went above and beyond helping us find a house we loved in our preferred location and at a great price. My husband and I came to her in a bind in late spring needing to find a house and move into before the school year started for my almost 5 year old daughter. She got to work right away helping us with find a lender and start narrowing down areas of the city with good schools and commutes to and from work. There were several times when I was ready to jump on something and she advised us to wait, and worked on comparisons to find out that the asking was too high or something might be a deal breaker. Thankfully, she got us pointed in the right direction and found us a great house in a neighborhood not too far from our previous so that my children didn't have to switch preschools and our commutes to and from work didn't dramatically increase and well under asking. Additionally, her services didn't stop once we had an offer accepted, she also walked us through the inspection, getting home insurance, finding a good home warranty, giving us a list of trusted contractors who could help with any fixes, and the list goes on... I was very impressed with her responsiveness and assertiveness and would add if you're a first time home buyer who might not know much about the process do yourself a favor and hire Criselda, she'll make sure your taken care of.

Upon her recommendation we staged our home. The photos were beautiful. There were several homes in our community that had been on the market for quite some time. With her experience she new what buyers wanted. The house went on the market and with a couple of days we had more than one offer and we were able to get full price.
