They were respectful, helpful and very conscientious. For example, for every showing, they came in with sanitizer, paper towels and masks. Wiped handles and other surfaces before and after the showing. They also came up with a cool virtual video tour. They turned an otherwise stressful situation into a smooth transition.

He came in our house, told us what we needed to change in order for it to sell, coordinated the services (Painters, Counter tops, etc.), and had it on the market in only 2 weeks. After 5 days on the market, IT SOLD. Craig and his team know the formula for making houses SELL. You can trust Craig knows what he is doing and will be there with you every step of the way. Theres NO guessing if someone is going to call you back and there is no coordinating things on your own. ZillowVERIFIED When I listed my condo with them they promised to do open houses so I signed with them. Later they said they couldn?t. My realtor left the agency and Craig Wilburn took over. When my closing day arrived he was too busy to come. It was my first closing and I had no realtor. His supposed team realtor or the buyers realtor was there sitting with the buyer, giving him a gift to celebrate, answering his questions and explaining most everything to him. I got more help from the title officer than her. She did not at any time act like she was there for us both. Also another agent in their team had a buyer with a higher offer that was turned down. The team strategy allows them to play numerous games and monopolize your property how they see fit.

He had been in the home for 62 years and I had never known another family home. Craig gave me excellent advice regarding what to do in order to get the house ready to sell. While we were still working on the house, and before we had officially listed, someone came to look at it. We were to officially list on a Wednesday at noon and we had an offer that morning! The team walked me through every detail and kept me informed on a weekly (or more often if necessary) basis.
