They are true and tried Montanans and have the tools and knowledge to make your dreams come true. I was in a hard time and had gotten in a bad situation and was having a hard time finding an honest agent. I've dealt with a lot of agents both buying and selling a home in Montana over the past 13 years and many times felt like I was being misled and judged over and that no one was in my corner, no one was being upfront and honest with me and many agents just acted like they were too good and posh to sell my home with land. In could write a novel about all the bad experiences I had with several agent/brokers, let's just say it was the big names in Hamilton. Although I had one other agent that was friendly and okay and had shown many many people to my home; she was not working out for me and was not in my corner on negotiations, definitely was not showing to the right people (no one looked at the land) and had a different approach that I was unhappy with. Craig hit it out of the ballpark by finding the right buyer, and quicker than expected and at a time that was unexpected (over winter) a real buyer that I am confident will actually enjoy living in my previous home and care for it like I did. His knowledge even extended beyond the state of Montana and he was able to help me dealing with an unscrupulous broker, which was causing much anxiety and in the end everything worked out great and I got more than I ever thought possible. Thank you! Craig, Erica, and everyone who helped me out and stood by me in this trying time. I don't know what I would have done without you and I wish I had found you sooner. I will forever cherish my time in the beautiful Treasure State of Montana.

The real estate market had declined to the point that I didn't think we would sell the property until interest rates decreased and the real estate market recovered. Fortunately, Craig found a buyer and negotiated the sale of the property for a better price than I expected to get. Craig is an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent and very familiar with the area so he can market it effectively. ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for an amazing Realtor Char Siphers is the best. When it came time to sell my mother's home we had so many relators come through who really had no idea how to sell a brick 50s-style home in Montana. The estimated sale prices we were quoted by other agents were well below homes that were log or more rustic. Char saw the value of the home, and the view. She was there for all the showings and we felt she represented the assets of the house and represented us. It was only listed for a short period of time and we had a full price offer and a second back up offer. I would highly recommend Char without reservation. If you have a home to sell you will be in competent hands.

ZillowVERIFIED We (Jacque Decker and I) used Craig and Laura to sell our home in the Stevensville area. They were awesome. Our home turned out to be fairly difficult to sell. We delisted in 2015, waited three years, relisted and sold in 2018. Throughout the entire process across multiple years, Craig and Laura were thorough, professional, and hard working. Despite a number of setbacks and disappointments, they remained steadfast in their effort and put in a lot of work. They are established in the valley and have a wide network of contractors, surveyors, septic companies, etc. -- reliable contacts became super important to hit deadlines. I appreciated having multiple perspectives (Craig and Laura) as opposed to a single point of truth. There were moments where a choice was complex, the "right" path forward wasn't obvious. Each brought different strengths to the table and it was helpful to have two perspectives, even when they differed on a recommendation, tradeoffs and options were clear. I also felt like they did a strong job communicating updates along the way. They were responsive and reliable over a LONG period of time. We are happy with our result and highly recommend their services and expertise.

At the beginning of our search we tried calling the agents listed for a property and either received calls back days later or not at all. It was very disappointing and quite discouraging. Then we called Craig and Laura and everything changed. I called and left a voice mail. Within a couple minutes I received a text from Craig explaining he was with a client and would get back to me asap. I thought to myself, "Wow that is a nice change, let's see if he really does". He did and that was the beginning of an amazingly pleasurable house buying experience. There was not a time I was waiting for information or a response. Both Craig and Laura were Johnny on the Spot every single time, even receiving responses at 1:00 am. Not drunken babbling but professional help.Craig and Laura were able to get a good feeling for our tastes and wants in a new home. I assume that comes with great listening skills, experience and market knowledge. They were able to steer us towards properties (and location) they knew we would be interested in which was very important considering we had limited time to perform walk throughs. There is a talent in that and should not be overlooked.Craig was the point man and Laura worked the fine details of everything involved with a house purchase. The fine details being properly managed, from what I understand, are what can make financing, insuring and regulations be problems or go smoothly. I know very little of that part because Laura handled everything that did not require being done by my wife or me. Buying a house and moving is stressful enough without having those types of difficulties. We didn't have a single hiccup in any buyer requirements. Not a single one and that would not have happened if we were not able to trust that Laura would be taking care of it.In the end, my wife and I have a house we absolutely love and were able to enjoy the process of purchasing.
