Craig and Erica were fantastic. They stuck with us for a year of looking, offered sound advice along the way, and helped land us in the perfect place. There was a not a single time in the process that we had to wait for a response from them--usually within minutes. They treated us more as friends than clients and made a stressful process fun. They were patient and honest and proactive. We really can't say enough about how great we feel that among all the possibilities of agents clamoring for our business, we ended up with Craig and Erica. There's no substitute for experience, and they have decades it. We highly recommend them.

Craig and Erica were very responsive to us. We came across a property and needed to get an offer in after hours on a Friday. They made it happen and worked through the weekend on our behalf despite having an already packed schedule. We've worked with several Realtors over the years. Only two stood out as excellent. Craig was fantastic he was very knowledgeable and quick to respond & goes up & out of his way to help you through whole process. Highly recommend him. From the very beginning Craigs character and genuine caring to help us get a home was evident. His response time was always quick & willing to help or answer any question or need we might have. Even if it meant tracking through knee deep snow to get to a house a block away from road. Lol He listened and gave experienced advice we never felt like he was just in it for his gain. If you want a genuine caring realtor Craig is the guy.

I completely and highly recommend Craig Siphers, Erica, family and the team at Exit realty for all your real estate needs! They are true and tried Montanans and have the tools and knowledge to make your dreams come true. I was in a hard time and had gotten in a bad situation and was having a hard time finding an honest agent. I've dealt with a lot of agents both buying and selling a home in Montana over the past 13 years and many times felt like I was being misled and judged over and that no one was in my corner, no one was being upfront and honest with me and many agents just acted like they were too good and posh to sell my home with land. In could write a novel about all the bad experiences I had with several agent/brokers, let's just say it was the big names in Hamilton. Although I had one other agent that was friendly and okay and had shown many many people to my home; she was not working out for me and was not in my corner on negotiations, definitely was not showing to the right people (no one looked at the land) and had a different approach that I was unhappy with. Craig hit it out of the ballpark by finding the right buyer, and quicker than expected and at a time that was unexpected (over winter) a real buyer that I am confident will actually enjoy living in my previous home and care for it like I did. His knowledge even extended beyond the state of Montana and he was able to help me dealing with an unscrupulous broker, which was causing much anxiety and in the end everything worked out great and I got more than I ever thought possible. Thank you! Craig, Erica, and everyone who helped me out and stood by me in this trying time. I don't know what I would have done without you and I wish I had found you sooner. I will forever cherish my time in the beautiful Treasure State of Montana.
