My wife and I recently purchased a home here in Manhattan working with Craig and Ricci as our agents. Their team-based approach afforded us double the expertise, and we loved it. I was introduced to Craig through an info request on Trulia, and I am so thankful their algorithm chose to route me to him. From the start, Craig and Ricci went overboard with the amount of time and care they devoted to our home search. When we were looking, the Manhattan market had very low inventory, and what was there was often overpriced or underwhelming--or both. Craig and Ricci helped us navigate a tough market, avoided wasting our time showing homes that were over budget or didn't fit our "must haves," and continually offered tremendous perspective, helping us see things we may have otherwise missed or not considered. They were extremely honest at every turn, and could not have been more patient with us. Craig's knowledge of home improvement projects, and Ricci's expertise assessing the Manhattan market both proved invaluable, with their team approach to our home buying process effectively doubled our real estate agent resources. They even had access to homes that were about to come on market, and the home we ended up buying was planning to list (for the second time) in another month, so we effectively had it listed just for us. ZillowVERIFIED We were trying to sell a great house that came with some problems such as only one bathroom and a flood insurance requirement. Many homes in the neighborhood (ours included) had also depreciated over the past 5 years since we moved in, and we had to keep lowering the price. Craig was extremely helpful and responsive through the entire process, even when our first buyer's loan fell through at the last minute. We went through so much stress and waiting, and the entire time, Craig continued working hard to find leads and provide us positive encouragement and help with things we couldn't attend to, having moved out of state last summer. He also acted as a very skilled negotiator in dealing with the buyer's agents about some requests for decorating allowances and other non-essential requests such as bogus home warranties. He was an absolute blessing to us, and we couldn't be more grateful for all his hard work and dedication. If you are looking for a realtor who truly cares and works their heart out on your behalf, we recommend Craig with the utmost confidence.

During the purchasing negotiations he offered suggestions which led to us getting a lower purchasing price, and looking out for interest by writing specific clauses within the purchasing agreement.
