Review I had been looking to buy for almost 2yrs i had multiple realtors and I felt like they were more interested in the sale then what I was looking for . A family member gave me Ryan's phone number and told me he could help me so I reached to Ryan and we agreed on a day and time to meet . When I met with Ryan he listened to me understood what I was looking for and I really appreciated that. Then I got the pleasure of meeting craig and I had this poor man all over pa and wv looking at houses and my available was mostly evening hours and he was always available for us. Then I got to meet Samantha and her and I saw alot of houses together and what I loved about her was she would send me houses and say we should go check this out and I loved the fact I didn't have to wait days to see a house because they knew houses sold quick so we had to be quick ive never worked with a team so on top of the game within a couple months I found a house that had everything I was looking for . I told Samantha this is it and right there she called craig and we put in our offer . Craig would tell me I don't care if we have to see a 1000 houses we'll find yours and I loved how dedicated the team was in helping find my home they communicated with me and eachother and if I wouldn't of found this awesome team I'd probally still be looking. We found Craig to be knowledgeable about the local market, trustworthy, and direct in his communication style. Having been in sales, his no-nonsense approach was refreshing and we didnt feel like the sales commission was the primary driver in our interactions. He promised and delivered a marketing plan on the agreed timeline, his team was excellent with the photography, marketing, as well as the open house. Finally, he helped us navigate and understand the multiple offers and their intricacies in order to make the right choice. The icing one the cake is that we feel the new owner is someone who will love and look after our little piece of paradise the same way we have. Review I am only putting one star because I cant put zero stars. I would definitely not recommend looking for a home through him. My friends and I were going to look at a place and he told us that we could only look at it for 5 minutes which 1) isnt enough time and 2) is a little sketchy because thats not enough time for someone to look at a townhouse?? We were supposed to have a tour at 3 pm. We called because we were going to be a little late due to a car accident. We called around 2:40 pm and he said that hes been waiting for 40 minutes which made no sense because it wasnt even 3 pm. We also think he was lying because we heard kids in the background. He was not understanding at all and said that he already had 5 applications and he basically doesnt need us which why are we coming to look at the property then?? Honestly good luck to whoever goes through him- I honestly worry about you and hope you have a better outcome than we did!

Review Not the best experience. Communication wasnt the best. We didnt see or hear from him around our closing time ( we had to call the lawyers office to find out details). And a few major details werent handled properly on the property at the time of closing . Again this was my journey with him as our Realtor seller. I wish he would have finished the way he introduced himself to us.
