This was far from a typical real estate transaction. There were a number of unusual circumstances involving the property, a post-closing leaseback, multiple parties and attorneys, and several complicated issues that had to be resolved before we could get to closing. Throughout the entire process, Craig was exceptional. He was professional, patient, responsive and, most importantly, solution-oriented. Whenever another obstacle appeared, Craig stayed calm, communicated clearly with everyone involved, and helped find a practical path forward. During the final days leading up to closing, he worked closely with our attorney and the buyer's side to make sure the details were coordinated and the transaction stayed on track.
