Craig Howard worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect forever home for my aging parents. He understood their needs and what I was looking for and did a great job negotiating the terms of sale. This was more complicated because I live on the west coast and couldnt be there in person for any of it. Craig made it easy and things went very smoothly. He recommended some great professionals for home inspection and a great lawyer to help me with the documents. We closed in 2 weeks!
