We must have seen 20 different houses that didnt work out before finding the right fit. In early 2018 we started the hunt for a new house because we quickly out grew the first house. It wasnt until the end of 2019 that we found the right one. Through both purchases Craig was my most valuable resource. His diversified knowledge about the heating and plumbing systems saved me from paying for multiple inspections just to get bad news. At no point over the years did I feel that Craig was rushing me into a house just to make a sale. He wanted to find the right house! He helped us sell our first starter home quickly and was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area. Moving back in with our parents with two young children was very stressful in itself never mind while building a new house, but with Craig by our side this left little room to worry about anything as he handled everything so effortlessly for us. For example, I wanted a very specific siding color, Craig suggested we take a ride to the model home that night (which was around 7:30 pm) to ensure that we chose the correct color. We can't thank him enough for all his hard work, time, creativity, and effort. He definitely gave it his all. We are so happy in our new home and so glad we had Craig to work with throughout the process.

Meticulous and astute, Craig did extensive market research before our initial meeting to provide me with a realistic selling price that ensured my property wouldn't sit on the market too long but also ensured I wouldn't sacrifice any of its value. Corroborating his research and ability, my property was under contract within a month and sold within 2% of initial asking price. In addition, Craig was incredibly flexible and responsive, accommodating my schedule and providing constant updates via text, email, and phone calls based upon my needs. Furthermore, he's great at coordinating and keeping sellers aware of all the little nuances that need to be completed for a real estate transaction (where he could do it himself, Craig even lessened my burden by taking care of various things on his on time!) Overall, he's just a very honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable realtor. I would highly recommend him!

There are a million details and obstacles that come up when buying a home. However, working with Craig made everything so simple! He listened to what we wanted and helped us realize what we could afford. Whether I was sending him listings at 3am or bringing him to showings at 8pm 20 miles away, he was consistently cheerful and focused.
