ZillowVERIFIED Craig was simply amazing, here's why: due to a death of a long lost relative, I inherited a house in Brownsville. I've never been to Brownsville, nor did I know anyone who lives there. Somehow, we got lucky and connected with Craig's real estate company. He was full of helpful suggestions and had great reliable contacts for services we needed to get the house ready to sell. Within 48 hours of listing the property, we 3 offers, 2 of which were full price. At the end of the day, we sold the house for significantly more than I had anticipated. Even though the process was slowed on the buyer side, Craig was fantastic at keeping me informed and educated. As I realized the process for selling property in Texas differs in some ways significantly from Colorado. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I hired Craig right after our first conversation because it was obvious that he is intelligent and has intimate knowledge of housing market trends in the valley after many years of experience building his practice. Craig arranged for six showings that very afternoon, and we were able to quickly make an offer on a home the following weekend. From that point on, the whole process couldnt have been smoother. He project-managed the whole thing from beginning to end, bringing all the respective agents together to ensure we closed on our home in under 30 days. Craig was willing to spend many hours of his time on the phone with me throughout the process. We discussed updates regularly as he guided us on the tasks we needed to accomplish along the way. I particularly appreciated his council as we discussed offer strategies and home repair negotiations prior to close. We were very happy in the end with the deal that we got, and Craig delivered that deal for us wrapped in a bow. Craig represented us completely with our interests in mind. Though my partner and I are educated well enough, neither of us have the instincts to manage the complexities of purchasing a home on our own.
