About Craig Friedrich
For more than 20 years, Craig Friedrich has proudly called Annapolis home. After growing up in Nashville, Tennessee, and living throughout Delaware, New Jersey, London, New York City, and Northern Virginia, she chose Maryland's capital city as the place to build her life, raise her family, and serve her community.
A dedicated community leader, Craig has spent decades supporting organizations across Annapolis and Anne Arundel County. Her leadership roles include President of the Junior League of Annapolis, President of the YWCA of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County Board of Directors, and Resource Development Vice President for the Maryland Federation of Art. Through these experiences, she has built lasting relationships and gained a deep understanding of the people, neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle that make the region unique.
Today, Craig brings that same commitment to service to her real estate clients. Whether helping first-time buyers, families relocating to Maryland, downsizers, or sellers preparing for their next chapter, she is known for her attention to detail, responsive communication, and dedication to helping clients make informed decisions.
As a longtime Annapolis resident, parent, volunteer, and advocate, Craig offers clients more than market expertise-she provides genuine local insight and a passion for helping people find the right place to call home.
When she's not working with clients, you'll likely find her on the tennis court, supporting local nonprofits, enjoying the arts community, or spending time with family and friends.
Community is everything to Craig. Her mission is to help clients find not just a home, but a place where they can build connections and thrive.
