We had already moved out of state, so Craig's team coordinated document signing online or by overnight mail for us. During the delicate negotiations with our buyer, Craig helped us present our counter offer in transparent language that appropriately and fairly explained our position, without insulting our buyer's intentions. When our buyer requested special accommodations for the requirements of their loan, Craig had an attorney review the amended offer, which was a relief to both us and our buyer. He took on a very difficult job and saw it through over months of time. Needless to say, he's a hard worker. Were it not for his efforts the estate property would not have been sold to me and would have been a loss to the estate. He saved the estate from an irreversible loss.
