I cannot say enough, or give enough praise to Layne Channer and his team at Keller Williams!!! We all know how very stressful it can be looking for the aEUR~perfect home, drawn out, frustrating, etc. Layne was so patient, upbeat, kind and knowledgeable. His office staff are some of the sweetest people Ive ever met. I highly, highly recommend them in your home search!! They do help it not be so nerve-wracking and even scary at times due to mortgage prices, terminology, the market, all of that can be very overwhelming. ZillowVERIFIED Well, here I am sitting in my new kitchen with the curtains hung and enjoying a cup of coffee. I had talked to an agent a couple of years ago about perhaps purchasing a home. Things needed to be done on my part before we could progress. The agent would call every couple of months to see how things were going, and encouraging me that it could be done. Finally, everything was a go and I placed in my 10 must-have list! And boom, it happened!! I got 9 out of 10 at the first and only house I looked at!! Would I have gone with the Channer Group? At the time I didn't know about any Real Estate avenues to turn to. But, I did know of an agent that was working for them. His professionalism, dedication, and diligence made a dream come true! Oh, I almost forgot to add that this happened within 6 weeks!! Would I now recommend Channer Realty Group? As often as I can!

ZillowVERIFIED We chose to use Craig Channer as our realtor for selling our house. There was a total lack of communication with Craig, which is the most important factor. Time is of the essence when dealing with every aspect of a real estate transaction. When it came time to do the counter-offers, Craig acted as if the buyer was his client, not us (the seller). Eva in the office is a superstar, and had it not been for her I would have walked away, even with an accepted offer on the table. The Broker agreed Craig had legally voided the contract in our house sale. We decided to NOT use him when purchasing our new investment property.
