ZillowVERIFIEDThank you Craig for the best service and help I have received. He is very knowledgeable and understands the market very well to give you good advice. The first date I met Craig, I know he is the person I would trust 100%. I took all of his advice and surely never doubt it. He has helped us sell our house very smoothly. I am glad and happy for those who have had a chance to work with him. You will deserve the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Craig expertly helped us navigate both the buying and selling of our home during some rocky real estate times (the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and when the Fed increased interest rates and buyers became harder to come by). We trusted him through and through to take into consideration all factors and provide the best guidance. As a result we purchased the perfect home for our family at the time, and were able to get a fair price for it when it was time to move on. We highly recommend him for his knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism. You won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have done our sale without Craig. We shared with him our needs and he went above and beyond to make sure they were accommodated. He sold our house quickly and when the buyer had an issue with lending he again went above and beyond to help them secure the financing so our sale would happen in the time frame we needed. I wouldnt choose anyone else to help me in the future but or sell in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I live in Dubai and I wanted to buy a summer home in Champaign. I spent a long time searching on Zillow and eventually found a place. Craig has been a phenomenal realtor and representative of my interests. His knowledge of all aspects of the process, the local market and other members of the profession is outstanding, but what makes Craig such a remarkable realtor is his willingness to go far beyond what one would expect of a realtor. He has helped me through the process of buying a home in many ways that I never would have expected, and all without my ever asking. I have no hesitation in saying that Craigs honesty and willingness to help his clients is truly phenomenal.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough good things about Craig. His expertise led to pricing our house perfectly. In just 24 hours, we had multiple offers. He then guided us through picking which offer to accept. Any questions we had along the way were answered promptly. We are thrilled with the outcome after working with Craig. We are also working with Craig with the build of a new house. Craig has offered suggestions based on his knowledge of the market in which we are building. I appreciate every suggestion he has made.

ZillowVERIFIED He was honest, fast to respond, did a great job of listening to what we were looking for a finding houses that fit. Guided us well through the negotiation, and was a good sounding board for that process. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially for a long distance move (even during the height of the COVID lockdowns).

ZillowVERIFIED Craig was unquestionably the right person to help us in all of our home endeavors. From the moment we spoke with Craig I knew his knowledge and experience were second to none and he made this buying process completely seamless. Even when we thought we had bumps in the road, he said "Sit back and relax, I've got this taken care of." Home buying can be one of the most rewarding and most stressful times in any purchase you make in your lifetime and Craig was able to make our experience more rewarding than stressful. If you are in the market for a Real Estate Professional, Craig gets my highest recommendation and my lifelong admiration. Thanks again Craig!

ZillowVERIFIED Craig was recommended to us by a neighbor and former realtor, who described him as, aEURoeTHE single best agent in Champaign countyaEUR?. He said, aEURoeCraig is straight as an arrow and gets the job done better than anyone Ive ever known.aEUR? We whole-heartedly agree with this high praise. We closed on our home sale yesterday in Fisher, and Craig was prompt and thorough, from suggesting a listing price to scheduling an inspection. He always followed up immediately whenever our home was shown. Not only did he help us get our home sold, but he also helped us find a home to buy that checked off everything on our list and hadnt even officially come on the market yet! Thank you Craig for your outstanding service and for helping to make this move possible for our family!

ZillowVERIFIED We came to Craig after our home was on the market for a few months with no offers. Craig listened to where we had been and to what we wanted to do. He was calm and confident that we would be able to sell the house. And thats what happened. After just a week or two back on the market with him, it sold. Craig is an excellent communicator and we would recommend him without reservation!

ZillowVERIFIED Craig helped us buy our new home and sell our old one, and keep us on track through all of it! He was always very easy to get ahold of, could answer any questions we had, and we could always tell he was looking out for what was best for us - it wasnt just a transaction.Buying : It was almost too easy. We met Craig at the open house, and when we put in an offer we had a deal the next morning. Craig was great at keeping us up to speed on everything as we moved towards closing. Selling : Craig got our house sold to the first person through the door before it even hit the market! The negotiation process wasnt easy, but he quickly and professionally got a deal done for us.We would HIGHLY recommend Craig! Thanks so much!

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Craig 4.5 years ago when he helped us buy our first home. He made the process smooth and efficient, finding us exactly what we were looking for. This week we closed on the sale of that home and of course used Craig again as our realtor. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He does all the work behind the scenes so that we as the sellers didnt make much effort. Our home was sold within 4 days of it being listed thanks to Craigs helpful knowledge about the local market, pricing strategies, and private pre-listing market. We wont hesitate to use Craig in the future and recommend him to our friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Craig was phenomenal, he is very knowledgeable about this community and is proud to be a member. He made suggestions that would help me sell my home, but was not insistent upon them. He listened and understood what I did and did not want to do to my home when putting it on the market. I have a toddler at home and he was understanding and marked that I needed 24 hours notice which was so helpful. He maintains communication and I always knew what was going on. I highly recommend Craig if you are in the market!!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I feel very fortunate to have been linked up with Craig. My fiancA(C) lived out of town and we had limited opportunities to look at houses before her move this way. Craigs laid back personality and overall preparedness for the day of our search helped everything go very smoothly and we were able to pick a house on that very first go-around. Knowing this was our first home buying experience, he was very informational about the whole process and checked in weekly/bi-weekly to make sure we had no questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend Craig to anyone seeking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Not sure where to start with Craig! We were relocated to the area for work and were first time home buyers, scary combo I'm sure. Craig showed us around a few areas and really broke down every home to help us understand what might be the right purchase for us and our future. Anytime I needed to get a hold of him he responded immediately. He coordinated the purchase with the relocation company and the movers to the point we just had to show up at the closing and were able to move right in. I truly feel lucky to have had Craig as our realtor . He really looked out for what was best for us and didnt try to sway us into one direction over another. We highly recommend Craig!!
