ZillowVERIFIED Craig was responsive, helpful, polite, and patient. Craig was the second agent on my home and it was sold within three months, after being on the market for over a year.

ZillowVERIFIED We just sold our home in Zionsville, Indiana using Craig and Theresa Bartels. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. As you know, selling a home can be a difficult process with all the information and decisions you have to make. They did a great job of pricing our home, answering any questions we had, and selling our home. I would definitely recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED Craig and his team are amazingly knowledgeable, professional and helpful! We could never have navigated the short sale process without them. We are so grateful for every moment they spent working on our behalf to get our home sold (1 1/2 years of going back and forth with negotiations with our bank). We recommend Craig highly without a doubt!

ZillowVERIFIED Craig was awesome to work with! We ended up looking at probably over 50 homes before we found one we loved and were ready to buy. Craig worked with us to find homes to look at, helped us decide what areas would be best to work (based on our commutes to work), was ready to go show us homes when we came up with free time (even with little notice), and most importantly very knowledgeable on homes and the area. We had questions many questions, being first time home buyers, and Craig was always able to answer the questions or find the answers and email me later! We will definitely work with Craig in the future and refer anyone in Indianapolis buying/selling a home to work with Craig.

ZillowVERIFIED Craig was the best choice we could have made in a realtor! He was recommend to us through the Dave Ramsey ELP (Endorsed Local Providers) service on the Dave Ramsey website. He patiently answered all of our questions and investigated on our behalf if he wasn't certain. Craig set realistic expectations throughout the process and communicated quickly any time we had questions or concerns. I called the mortgage company often throughout our Short Sale process to ensure that we were on the right track and each time without fail Craig had already taken action to get what they were asking for! His expertise and diligent work paid off for our family. We can't thank him enough! In a couple years when we plan to move again, there is no one else we could imagine working with!

ZillowVERIFIED Crager-Bartels agency is very experienced with short selling property. They helped me to short sell my property and get relief from a $110,000 3rd mortgage. Experience counts when negotiating with a lender to accept an offer for a proposed sale.We just gave another listing to Crager-Bartels for a home owned by a relative that has been on the market for a year with another realtor.
