He recommended an aggressive but reasonable listing price and marketed the property well. I was concerned about some lower-priced lower-quality homes for sale in the neighborhood. Craig did a great job of distinguishing our home, which sold while the others were still on the market. We chose Craig because he had done a similar excellent job in getting good value for another house in the neighborhood. He came through for us too.

ZillowVERIFIED Just bought my first house and happened to pick Craig out of a list of realtors. He had great reviews and lots of sales so seemed like a good shot. Boy I couldn't be happier with our choice. So very helpful and knowledgeable. He was always trying to find a way to make things better for us with the properties we looked at. He was very patient and had no problems showing us houses while we were working on building our credit up a bit even though it took us longer than anticipated. When it came time to get to business he made sure we knew what we were signing and was always available for any questions. He went way above and beyond with us. He assisted with getting repairs done on the house we purchased so we would meet our closing deadline, which was the day before thanksgiving so if we delayed it would have been a big delay. He found a contractor to come in last minute and even did some of the work himself. Overall he was too notch and I would recommend him for any purchasing or selling of properties. If we ever have to sell he will be the first person I call.
