ZillowVERIFIEDCourtney is the most patient person I have ever met! Through out the process she was always able to answer my questions and was very quick in getting back to me! I would love to work with her in the future and highly recommend her!
ZillowVERIFIEDCourtney is very helpful and responds quickly to your questions. She will work on are clients behalf and she is supportive of her clients. I will recommend Courtney to anyone looking for a professional Realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDCourtney James is a very knowledgeable realtor and has many connections that allow for a very streamlined and hasty process. She helped me in a deal going on in another state to make my move to Michigan an easier transition. She will go above and beyond to help you. When I look for a realtor or realistically anybody in customer service I look for someone who will talk to you in a caring way and not strictly focus on the business aspect and that is what I achieved with Courtney. Obviously everyone will have their own experiences and view things in different manners. I could only attest to my experience which was a great one. Will use this realtor for any future business that I do.
ZillowVERIFIEDCourtney was exceptionally helpful starting from pre listing preparation to well after closing. Her biggest plus is the highest level of inter personal skillset. We never had to wait for a clarification or question. She was on top of everything and constantly updated us on every development. We bought and sold homes with her with overwhelming satisfaction and highly recommend her as a buyer's or seller's agent just like she was ours'.
ZillowVERIFIEDI've worked with Courtney recently. She was knowledgable, prompt to return my calls and empathetic to our real estate needs/questions. I'd recommend Courtney to anyone. Her customer service skills are impeccable.
ZillowVERIFIEDI contacted this agent to inquire about a property very early in my search. She referred me to a lender. I decided to go with a different agent within a matter of days after having a long phone call with someone else who seemed super eager to work with us. I politely let Courtney know i was going with a different agent she very patronizingly told me "i dont know if you know how real estate works but i dont like work for free." I believe the time spent referring us to a lender and making a couple of phone calls before even meeting in person justifies this type of response. I dont imagine this took a ton of time. I cant imagine working with someone with this attitude and am glad I took my business elsewhere.
