I was highly impressed by he knowledge and expertise in the local area. I feel she went above and beyond what a normal realtor would have done to help me sell my house. Any question I had she knew the answer or researched it and always got back to me the same day. During this pandemic when ALL of the offices in New Jersey were not even open, she would drive over an hour to hand deliver paper work that was needed to close the sale of the house. I think when someone loves there job it shows. With Courtney it shows. If you need to sell a house in Cape May defiantly pick Courtney. Not only did i get full asking price but because of her hard work and efforts the house was sold in a timely manor. I couldn't ask for a better realtor. ?
