ZillowVERIFIED Courtney represented me as a buyer and seller.Let me start by saying that I didnt plan to move and I decided to look at a condo on a whim. Zillow put me in touch with Courtney. Preparing for the process of moving is stressful and deciding to move on a whim is even more stressful and Courtney was up for the challenge. I was looking to downsize from a home to a condo and Courtney showed me numerous options and quickly realized that I struggled giving up a basement. She knew what I needed before I realized what I needed. Courtney was also very familiar with the area I was looking in and pointed out many of the benefits and social and outdoor activities. This was a plus. Courtney also knew my home would sell quick and suggested I find and have my offer accepted before I put my home up for sale. She was right. My home sold quickly with multiple interests because Courtney knew the market and priced it right. Courtney was very responsive and kept me in the loop every step of the way. When I needed to make some repairs, she gave me contacts at a great price. When I needed a lawyer licensed in 2 states, Courtney gave me choices. When I needed a mover, Courtney recommended them. When the process became overwhelming, Courtney was also there to be a support and cheerleader. Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations. She made the process of finding a home go smoothly and we closed by a preferred time. We were recommended her as our realtor by our mortgage officer. She told us about how great Courtney is, and will work as fast or slow as we want. We decided to give her a call, and as soon as we met her, she had a cheerful face ready to get the show on the road. We would tell her what houses wed want to look at and she would look into it for any issues and see if she could get us a showing as soon as possible. She would also try to find houses for us on her own time and let us know to see if we like it. Finding the right house requires a lot of interacting with the realtor and getting to know each other. Courtney wasnt only trying to sell a house, she also cared for her clients. She would use past experiences to help us make a decision like how some clients prefer certain things versus the other. She would also think about how wed be living in the home, see if we actually like it, and if we could imagine ourselves live in the house for years. These conversations help develop the friendship between us. A great characteristic is trusting the person helping you. She was also the best because she was knowledgeable. If not, she would always do research about something and have an answer by the next day, sometimes even later in the day. Examples of her researches include making sure the house is in great conditions, or if the house qualifies for our loan or not. Courtney had great communication skills and would get a hold of anyone to speed up the process. Again, our realtor was awesome and I would definitely recommend her for anyone.

She did a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that same month and her "Can Do" attitude impressed us both so we asked her to agree to be our Real Estate Agent. We developed an "asking price" based on her CMA and she set up several "open houses" and many showings over the next few months, aggressively marketing our home. We believed that the house would not sell in the winter months, but she felt sure that it would go quickly. In February 2018 clients made an offer for our home and we accepted.
