We chose Courtney over the other realtors we interviewed because of her professional demeanor and sales plan. She made herself available to us even while on vacation during the holidays because an urgent issue came up. During the initial listing time she pursued every lead until we accepted an offer. Thus we were working with Courtney from afar other than being in town for one week to look at homes. This was not easy for her, since she had to figure out what we needed without really meeting with us at length. She was prepared and helpful during every step of the process! She is very knowledgeable about the Southwest suburbs and is aware of pretty much any house that is listed in the Darien, Burr Ridge et al, area. She communicates very well and responds whenever you need her. Our negotiations got a bit complex and she was also very masterful at navigating the inevitable issues while staying very calm and professional (when we would be getting overly emotional ;). She also is very sharp regarding real estate overall- inspection/legal issues that every buyer should be aware of. We have worked with several realtors across the country since we we have moved a lot due to work relocations. Courtney bar none has been the best realtor we have worked with, and that includes agents that have been much older than her. She is really good at what she does and pays attention to the details. Suffice to say, we are very happy with our new home, thanks to Courtney!!
