Courtney is fantastic! She always responded very quickly to my texts! When there was an issue, she either handled it or called me. At VIP showings, she would meet me at the house, arriving BEFORE me, to make sure the lights were on and the house smelled lived in? even though I lived somewhere else. When we went from offer accepted offer to move to closing, there was an issue?. However, she personally reached out to her contacts to secure a mold removal service and even received a quote from another company, all while I was at work! She went above and beyond during a sensitive time frame, and even though thanksgiving was a day away, she kept things in motion. She was on standby during the holidays and always answered my calls and text immediately. I WAS HER PRIORITY! My HOME? Was her priority. I needed her attention and response so much, and she was ALWAYS there! 2 thumbs up with a smiling face to reassure me things were great!

My experience working with Courtney was excellent. She maintained a very high state of professionalism no matter how much I asked of her. We ended up looking at over 20 properties over a few months as my requirements changed and she always provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. She made me feel safe and comfortable as we walked through each property.
