ZillowVERIFIED Courtney Healy is one of the most conscientious hard-working dedicated individuals I have ever met in my entire life. My wife and I were so impressed with her and we are so happy that we had her for a realtor. Previously we had another realtor and the only thing she was interested in was making a quick sale and lining her Pockets with money without even considering the needs of myself or my wife. I am 100% disabled veteran confined to a wheelchair and Courtney being a veteran herself was able to help me in ways that were just unbelievable. To start off with the previous owners owed $26,000 on solar panels that wasn't disclosed I was going to be stuck having to pay that in addition to my cost of the home. When Courtney discovered that solar panels had a balance on them of 26,000 Courtney was able to find out that the solar panel company was actually bankrupt. If not for her I would have been stuck paying that. She also provided a man who helped us move a complete outside storage building and empty it a tool shed and all of our furniture in just a short span of one and a half days. Additionally the same individual built handicap entrance way ramps at two entrances of my home and poured me a beautiful concrete walkway from my back patio all the way to my unattached deck behind the house. She was so inspirational and making sure that everything was just perfect and to this day even after the sale she continues to stay in touch with my wife and I and occasionally will stop by where we can all go out and eat lunch or dinner together. She is a lifelong friend and we will never forget her for everything she did for us. If you want a conscientious hardworking individual who will help you make your move just as smooth as possible Courtney is the person to call we love her to death and we know you will too. She is very thorough and makes sure that you understand the ins and outs of your contract and more. She held our hands through the entire transaction. We had SO MANY problems with our mortgage company that we chose and she fought them everyday for things that they did wrong. Word to the wiseaEUR|..choose one of her recommended mortgage companies. After one terrible, stressful headache dealing with our lender, she came through with compassion, professionalism, and stress relievers. It turns out she was spot on with the pricing of the home, but the market was tough and I appreciate her so much for sticking it out with us and making the sale happen no matter what! ZillowVERIFIED Courtney led me through a 5 month process of finding a suitable single family rental property in Easley. She was superb. She displayed remarkable patience as we were outbid on two offers. She never wilted, lost confidence, or gave up on me. I live in NC thus a 160 mile round trip drive to Easley. We would identify potential houses on Redfin and Zillow and then Courtney would inspect them for me and provide her opinion. I would then travel to see the ones she selected. She found on her own a for -sale -by -owner property which we purchased in 24 hours. Courtney remained vigilant throughout the entire closing process and sent frequent emails to me, the seller, the closing attorney, and the lender on the status and who needed to do what next. She even assisted me in finding a one year lease renter who moved in the day after closing. A very successful and satisfying business venture. I strongly recommend Courtney for many reasons.

My hubby and I went through multiple stages in trying to determine the best strategy for our family. From finding a fixer-upper to finding a second home (to maintain with our current home), finding something with land (but no trees), finding something on a main street (then no main street), no pool to pool, in Greenville to outside of Greenville, close to family, close to church, close to yada, yada . . . you get the picture? Courtney helped us navigate it all. Courtneys personable, but tell it like it is approach, coupled with her positive/optimistic attitude, extensive knowledge about the real estate industry and Upstate market, and resourcefulness cannot be beaten! She is a true professional in EVERY sense of the word.
