ZillowVERIFIED Courtney was very helpful during my home search. This was my first time purchasing a home and I was dealing with a lot of uncertainties throughout the process. "do i choose a condo or a home" "should i choose a property that's older but cheaper or newer and more expensive". Courtney was very patient throughout the process and skilled at figuring out what I wanted. Once I made and offer and was going through the purchasing process my bank was taking its time getting all the documents together, largely due to the covid crisis short staffing them. When I was having trouble getting the loan officer to provide updates she was very helpful in contacting them and getting them to provide updates.

Courtney was always available to me by phone, always providing the information on the latest homes on the market that fit my profile, and most importantly she was always ready to show me homes on my schedule, not hers. I had a pretty tough close due to deadlines. She walked me through it, fought for me when necessary, and reminded me to pick my battles when I needed to hear it. At the end of the day I ended up with the home I wanted, in the neighborhood I desired, and at a good price. It's been several months since I closed, Courtney and I still touch based on occasion to check in on one another. When does that happen? My experience was a good one, I'm confident yours will be too.
