ZillowVERIFIED On a holiday visit to our daughter and her family who had recently moved to Arlington (we lived in Wisconsin) we spoke of the possibility of our retiring and moving to the area in 5+ years. On a whim we contacted realtor Courtney Barnes to discuss what we should consider. She listened to our ramblings, specific needs due to a disability and was able to help us shift through a lot of options and the next day showed us neighborhoods, various styles of homes and...the next day we determined the best way to live in the location we needed with the best floor plan for us was to build now. Courtney contacted the builder and worked with us so that by the end of that day we had chosen a great lot and were able to get the exact floor plan we wanted even though they were not showing it in this area. Courtney informed us of the financial considerations we needed to make and the next day on our drive back to Wisconsin we decided we wanted to live out our dream to be near our family while they were still young. The following week building started and was completed 4 months later.
