ZillowVERIFIED Courtney was excellent to work with. My wife and I are first time home buyers, so we were anxious and nervous throughout the process. Courtney was constantly available over email and text to answer any of our questions, and within minutes. This was invaluable to us because as newbies, there were a lot of things we were not aware of. When it came time to put in an offer, she suggested a strategy that ended up working perfectly. The very first offer we put in was accepted, and there were 15 other offers! I was shocked, but very happy. Even after closing, Courtney has been available to answer any general questions we have as new homeowners. Although it's hard to imagine selling this house now, if we ever do, you better believe we are calling Courtney and Ian to broker the deal.

She's a real estate ninja. Sharp as a tack and she knows her stuff. She has outstanding customer service and honestly went far above the call of duty on some hurdles along the way. With the current sellers market, we had multiple offers above the list price and within 2 days, we had a pending offer. They are very good people, a joy to just hand out with to talk and were responsive to any issues that we encountered to reach closure.I will always contact Ian and Courtney first when it comes time to buy back into the local market.
