Just call her, she's the best. If youre looking for an agent who actually fights for you and is completely honest throughout the process, call Costanza. Costanza is an outstanding real estate agent. She sold my home in the Hollywood Hills even though shes not really based in Hollywood Hills. She was prepared with local data. She did an excellent job working with her team to always ensure that we were well taken care of for showings, etc. the process was easy, she definitely knows her stuff. She was there for the picture taking and made sure that it was done well and did an excellent, high-grade, high-quality pamphlet that showcased daytime, and nighttime images of the home. She did not want to do any work and was very hard to manage. It was frustrating (and sometimes petty) working with her. We got lucky as our second offer was a serious buyer. Costanza acted overwhelmed during our entire sales process and after closing she was verbally abusive. She spent ALL of her time covering her tracks so that nothing would ever be her fault (hence the nice reviews of her everywhere.) I do not recommend her!
