Jon came recommended to us from a realtor friend from our small town. She said he had his pulse on the area we wanted to move to, while she sold our house. She was so right! He was patient and gently pointed out things he thought we should take note of and would tell us about the neighborhood vibes! We looked at every style house in almost every neighborhood in Chesterfield (it felt like it). He warned us when the market was cooling. We finally decided, and he continued to shine. Jon was absolutely amazing. Him and his team went out of the way to help us. This is our first home and we had many questions and he was able to help us through everything. He knew lots about the area and was just an all around great guy to work with. We had lots of issues with our lender causing delays and forgetting to register info, and Jon was on top of them so they would get it done.
