Before we actually met Shane I lumped realtors in with your typical shady sales man, but Shane was the complete opposite and I never felt like he was just trying to get us in a house just to make the sale. I realized that after the first house we looked at when he was pointing out all the cons it had instead of just the pros of the property. I really appreciated his hard work ethic in finding exactly what we were looking for and also his moral ethics to others in making sure their getting the best deal possible for their personal situation. Review Weve worked with Shane three times. Each time weve been very happy with the results of our purchase. Our first time working together he toured homes with us all over Whiskeytown, Lakehead & French Gulch. He was very patient with us as we figured out where we wanted to own. He urged us to look at a house that we thought was questionable & I'm so glad we did. Turned out that the house was great, just had some bad photos & ugly curtains. He was able to help us negotiate a deal that was within our budget & allowed us to be able to decorate it still. Since then we have bought two more homes through him in Lakehead. He is very knowledgeable of the area & the homes. He even got us one off market. Shane is very responsive. This industry is what he is passionate about & is shows.. Review Angela was amazing!!! I remember someone telling me buying a home was rated one of the most stressful things you can do in this world. Well I guess Angela helped to prove this theory wrong, or at least for me. Angela made my wife and I feel comfortable believing in something that seemed impossible. We wanted a home in a retirement community where the home prices were out of our range. While we were looking for homes elsewhere, Angela kept a close eye out for homes that had all our checkboxes (a retirement community). Sure enough, one became available, but it was aa bit more than what we could afford. Angela said, "Don't let that stop you. The worst that could happen is you get a NO, but it's worth a chance to get a YES?" Just one of the amazing conversations I had with this young lady. We can't believe we are living in the retirement community we hoped and dreamed of for years! Thanks Angela for believing in our dream as well!

Review Buying a new home in this day and age can be extremely stressful. Especially when you are selling your current home at the same time. When I say that Shane made that process as seamless as possible, I mean it. Its honestly an understatement. He stood by us every step of the way. It never felt transactional. He listened to everything we told him. What we wanted, our long term plans for our family, and the investment we were entering into. As a family of 5 looking for a forever home to raise our daughters, he understood that and takes his job very seriously. He is beyond professional and so good at what he does. He took us to house after house trying to find our forever home. He answered all of our questions, day or night and lord knows I had a million. There was never a time my spouse and I felt like we had no idea what we were doing because Shane made sure he was available through it all. If you are looking for someone to not only help you with buying or selling a new home but to understand the needs of the investment you are entering into, than I can honestly tell you there is no question than to go through Shane. Review Shane sold my house in another part of the state and then he found what I was looking for by listening to what I was wanting and he found it. He was always positive and kept me up to date on things that matter during bith transactions. He even went the extra mile when he would show a house and say let's put a bud on it things are going fast. I would think on it for a day then call him and he would let down easy cause the house sold. So when a house came on the market that checked all the boxes I asked for I jumped on it. VERY HAPPY. Dealing with Shane and his associates was the best didn't worry at the end no hidden surprises nothing but positivity and success. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shane for selling or buying a HOUSE....

Review We interviewed several agents before deciding on Shane. He easily answered all of our questions in a professional manner and was able to explain things clearly. His market analysis used the most recent and most similar comps to help us decide on a sale price. Some agents used outdated information or used comps that were nowhere near similar to our home. Shane had a clear marketing plan from the beginning and we sold our home within 24 hours after listing for our full asking price and closed a full 7 days early. My closest competition is still sitting on the market as I write this, several of whom have had to do price reductions. During the process, Shane was very responsive to our questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find out and call back. I would definitely recommend him, he ensured the process was as smooth as possible for us.
