ZillowVERIFIEDVery helpful, glad to finally be moving into my families forever home. Closing day was very fast. The numerous questions for more reasons that can ever be expected were handled professionally and usually within the same day. Comparable homes were equivalent to our purchase. Access to the home during inspections, follow up visits and required repairs were available without hesitation. All in all a very professional experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Our home buying experience was at times rough and stressful. However, Robby was by our side from the beginning of the process, by having houses lined up to look at on our crazy schedules through to the end of the process to attend our closing on our dream home to help smooth things out.

ZillowVERIFIED She was very professional. She always made time to answer any of our questions. She always kept us up to date with all aspects of the process. When we had any issues, she was very helpful in getting the situations worked out. She showed us homes that she thought would work for us, and she let us look at homes that we found, that fit our loan requirements. She was accomodating to our schedules, so that we didn't have to take time off from work to look at homes.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm extremely satisfied with Her authentic skills, experience and friendly personality. She was really helpful, and highly recommend. I have family and friends that are seeking to become homeowners, however I'm recommending the realtor I used, and the program they offer.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Milly Kammerdiener and Newhomeprograms. Milly is very professional and she really knows what she is doing. We had a very pleasing experience with her. She helped us find our first home. We didn't know nothing about real state and from day one she guided us in the process. Thanks Milly!
