ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time home buyer, I had numerous questions about the entire process and thought that Zillow was the only way to look for a new house. Working with Cory, he took us to a home that wasnt on Zillow and we would have never found without using him as our realtor. We ended up buying the house for over $10k less than what the asking price was, even though we were 100% ready to pay asking. I would recommend using Cory going forward.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent realtor- couldnt imagine working with anyone else. Extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and just an excellent person to work with. Knew exactly the list price to use to sell the house quickly without underselling. Would highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Cory is the real deal. He takes a consultative/advisory approach rather than a sales approach and is always thinking about things from 10 different angles to give you the most complete and total explanation. He helped me buy an investment property and helped me really understand what I was getting myself into. He also has a high degree of business and financial savvy so discerning buyers and sellers will feel comfortable and in similar company. I cant recommend Cory enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Very knowledgeable and responsive agent. I should have listened to him when he told me what price To list my house. Instead I had him list it at a higher price. 6 months later I sold it for the price he told me to list it at. Probably could have sold it in 60 days or less if I would have went with his expert recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Cory was a consummate professional that helped us thoroughly, despite crazy schedules of when we could be in town. He was great after the closing tying up a couple of important loose ends. Great knowledge and great to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Cory did an amazing job selling our home. I would recommend him to my family and friends. He was very knowledgeable of the local market conditions. He priced our home well and sold our home quickly. We liked his use of technology, from the listing app to the photo tours. We thought he did a great job marketing our home and we felt he was always available to take our calls.

ZillowVERIFIED Cory, Helped us find a house last year and then did a good job of closing the purchase. We were living in Ky. and wanted to move to Cincinnati. My daughter had a good experience working with Cory on the purchase of her new home. So I also used him to purchase the home I am now living in. He did a good job as indicated above. kirby bischel

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first house purchase. Cory was thorough in explaining what each step in the home buying process consisted of and walked me through the stuff I did not understand. I had already planned and paid for a trip to England before buying the house but being overseas for two weeks did not affect things in a negative way. Through the whole process Cory worked with my work schedule which allowed only a few hours to get things done during the day or being available in the evening hours. Cory is an all around nice guy to work with, honest and unpretentious. Im glad I was referred to Cory and will do the same to others.
