It was lovely working with Kayla. She knew how to keep me calm during a stressful 10-day close as a first time home buyer. I really enjoyed how she was very responsive and tailored her work to my needs. Whenever I had a question, she took the time to answer everything until I felt comfortable (even at times of high stakes). It is very hard to find such a thoughtful realtor leader like her that embodies leadership and empathy. Also, her and her team were very strategic on getting my place in such a competitive market. Always ready to check out a new home once it came on the market with an action plan.
