ZillowVERIFIEDCortnie represented us on our home search when relocating from Seattle, WA to Columbus, OH in 2021. She worked with us remotely for 6 weeks to plan and build a slate of 15 homes for us to tour during a 3 day house hunting trip. On arrival, Cortnie presented us with daily activity books with details on each home we would tour and already had the tours scheduled before we landed. She accompanied us to each home and took notes on what we liked and didnt like in each home, helping us narrow down the list. She spent 3 full days with us and met us on the 4th day to write the offer before we flew home. She led negotiations and drove all the closing requirements while we were out of town and even drove the replacement of a dishwasher that failed during home inspection and took 4 months to replace. This buying experience was far beyond our expectations. Cortnie gets our highest rating and recommendation and thanks for her outstanding representation.
