The boxes are almost all unpacked and life is pretty much back to normal. As I reflect on the move from St Michaels, it was certainly a challenging one for us. During a long career of military service, we moved more times than the average family and consider our selves experienced in the process of selling a house including all of the details involved. This move, likely our last, was particularly challenging. In anticipation of our sale, we watched local sales for over a year to determine which areas were active in our area and likely price range of our house. We interviewed several agents as we got closer to our intended move date.
