She provided us with several options and when we mentioned interest in a property, she would immediately compile as much information as possible and schedule a video call for a showing as we were having to buy without seeing the house. She did this multiple times. We were interested in a new build neighborhood and within a day she had met with a builder representative and had a significant amount of information ready for us. Once we were committed, she read through all of the paperwork to ensure everything made sense prior to us having to sign. Her responsiveness and the amount of time she spent helping us through this process made us feel like we were her only client. She is beyond responsiveaEUR| I dont believe I ever waited more than 3 minutes for a response from a text! After a showing, she always followed up with the potential buyers feedback. If she was going to be away, she always informed us & gave us her assistances cell, email etc. If there was a changed discussed for the listing, it was done by the end of the day. Another thing I respected about her ethics was that everything was documented either by text or email, there were no on the fly verbal decisions. Maybe all of this sounds like the fundamentals of a realtor, but all realtors dont follow the same courteous guidelines, which we found out after we initially listed with another realtor who was highly recommended for our Habersham listing, who basically did NONE of the above.Corinne is very knowledgeable about the Beaufort real estate market, including Habersham, which is where our home was. After waiting a year to sell our home (we were told by our former agent that the fact that the home did not sell was "a mystery") and seeing all homes around ours selling at higher prices, we looked online and saw CorinneA's reviews.
