ZillowVERIFIED We met Corina at an open house while on vacation on the Cape. She is so personable, relatable and boy, does she know her stuff. She goes above and beyond. We dont live in the area so, she worked with the local contractors and utility companies to get us started. She will negotiate the very best price and she knows the local agents which makes this process less painful. We are happy to have gained a residence on Cape San Blas and a new friend in Corina.

ZillowVERIFIED Corina has been a very competent realtor for us. We are from out of state and Corina has kept us up to date on homes in our price and interest range through emails and phone calls. She has set aside weekends to take us on marathon house hunting tours and was so patient. We enjoyed and appreciated her knowledge, humor, and perseverance! She really went above and beyond!

ZillowVERIFIED We feel Corina Ward did a great job. She took the time to understand our needs and tastes with regards to what our requirements were. Ultimately, the first home Corina showed us was the one we purchased after looking at other homes for comparison purposes. We feel if not for Corinas determination and hard work, we would not have gotten this perfect beach home.
