We first met Corina during the summer of 2024. We had just started looking at homes in New Hampshires Lakes Region and connected with her through Zillow. Upon first meeting Corina, we appreciated how down to earth (and funny!) she was and immediately felt comfortable with her. Initially we were looking at two family waterfront properties but over the next several months we decided to go in a different direction altogether. We casually perused listings online and determined that we were in no rush. When we found the right house, wed jump on it We found the perfect home in September of 2025. We were not 100% prepared at the time to take this big step (we jumped all right!) but Corinna and Mark were with us every step of the way with support and advice. What started out as a vanilla real estate transaction turned out to be very challenging when our bank added on several preclosing conditions at the 11th hour. The sellers became very impatient and threatened to refuse us an extension to the closing date, stringing us along with various excuses until mere hours before our original contract was set to expire. At this point we were living with friends, essentially homeless, biting our nails in anticipation of a closing that seemed like it would never happen. Corina and Mark were amazing professionals throughout! An extension was expertly negotiated on our behalf. They helped us coordinate appointments with several vendors at the last minute, making many calls after traditional business hours and calling in a favor or two as well. Corinna helped keep us calm and insisted that we would closeaEUR|and we did! Only 3 days later than the original closing date!!! We are so very appreciative of all that Cisneros Realty Group did for us!

Corina and her staff went above and beyond to make my sale happen. The original loan, scheduled for September 22, 2025, was denied due to issues with the condo association. The buyer quickly found another lender willing to offer the loan. Unfortunately, my condo association was completely non-responsive and failed week after week to complete the condo questionnaire. This required a new addendum to be completed each time. Late Friday night, week after week, Corina was in her office up dating each new addendum. I was in constant contact with Mark regarding the status of the questionnaire. After the third rescheduled closing, my attorney was ready to file a claim against the association. I finally reached the president of the management company and she managed to get the questionnaire completed in 30 minutes. We thought we were clear to close but conditions from the lender came up. Again, delays from the condo association responding to the conditions. Mark worked tirelessly with the lender to stay on top of the details. I am thrilled to say we closed today, November 7, 2025, six weeks later. The service I received from Cisneros Realty Group was second to none! They are the best in the Lakes Region!
