Corilyn was amazing! When it came to look for a home, she was very patient showing us many homes that met the criteria we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the homes we looked at as well as the areas we were looking in. When it came to negotiating she new exactly what to ask for or how much to reduce. This was the best experience we could hope for! We live out of state, so Cori coordinated everything with our tenant for showings, conducting the showings, referred us to an electrician to do some required work, scheduled that work, helped us deal with a tricky lien issue that popped up and solved the problem herself, then represented us at the closing. She went above and beyond for us. After trying to sell this house twice in the past with different realtors, I was terrified as to how this would play out. I shouldnt have worried for a moment. Cori is efficient, knowledgeable, timely, and was the best choice we couldve made.

Cori was a consummate professional from the very beginning. And she did all of her research before we ever met so we could be the most prepared to sell my home. She helped manage my expectations and encouraged me throughout the process giving me feedback on how to make my house most marketable. Of all the other real estate agents we encountered, Cori was always the most professional, most polite, and most likable. She helped me get my own home under contract in five days and made the selling process easy. Its not surprising that shes doing the exact same thing for me as I am in the process of purchasing a new property. I understand that there is so much more then the amount of money that I offer on the house, but theres also the strategy and delicate translation of my message through my real estate agent to the sellers real estate agent that has already put me under contract with my dream home. I cannot imagine feeling more comfortable, important, or cared about in this process than I was with Cori.

What I had heard about the stressful process of buying a home, never mind a first home, worried me a little bit, and stressed me out, but, with Cori, It was nothing like I had been told it would be!
