The project was delayed due to Covid issues, but Corey really stayed with us and negotiated with the builder to make sure things were completed to our satisfaction, and even did some hand-holding to get us through the process, which ended up being 2-1/2 years. His demeanor was calm and reassuring when needed, and forceful when necessary. Our move from out of (two!) state(s) was difficult but Corey kept everything on track and focused. We will definitely use Corey and his team for any future real estate transactions!
