Review We've had excellent experiences working with Corey to both purchase and sell homes. He has great communication skills, is incredibly professional and timely, and is all in for his clients. Corey goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a Realtor. When selling a home for us recently, he cleaned up the yard when our landscaper was a no-show and we had to prep the house for a showing. After our most recent home purchase, he helped us contact a trade that was out fixing some issues in the home prior to closing and didn't finish the work properly. Although the home was closed and he had no obligation to contact a company that had only communicated with the seller's agent all along, Corey worked diligently to ensure we were not charged by this company to fix a mess they left behind while working for the seller. It is evident he values his relationships with his clients and he counts on repeat business and referrals. He's a smart business man and a trustworthy human being. I've never recommended a Realtor before and I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than Corey Lott.

Corey Lott was recommended by our mortgage broker, and from our first conversation, I knew I wanted Corey & his team to represent my family as the buyers agent. We had a budget that we needed to stick to, and I was skeptical whether we would find a quality home for the price in this crazy market. Corey helped not only with custom MLS searches and many viewings, but also by comparing various cost per square foot scenarios with other sales/listings in the target area. After our offer was accepted, we only had a week to complete the buyers home inspections, and his many references saved us a ton of time researching for service providers. We were able to get them all completed in time, and all of the inspectors were pros. Corey took our calls, texts and emails on all days of the week, and kept a calm & friendly demeanor throughout. He took our whole family under his expert care and we really appreciate it. GREAT experience!!!

Review We have been working with Corey for the past year. In August of 2020 he helped us find a rental home when we first moved here from Virginia. While in our rental we began looking at resale and new build homes. Corey provided great insight into the areas we were looking. Being new to Florida his input on school districts, short term rental zoning and desired location for possible resale. When we settled on a new build community Corey was right there with us every step of the way. Even after closing he is still helping with recommendations for a handyman, pool contractor and more. Review We first met Corey at an open house that he was representing for the seller. He was very personable and professional. When we were ready to list our house for sale, we interviewed real estate agents over the telephone. After the telephone interviews, we decided to have Corey meet with us at our house. We were very impressed with his presentation. We had moved out of the house and needed photos of some of the empty rooms to be "virtually" staged, which he agreed with and accomplished. He also hired an aerial "drone" photographer to take photos of the house and the surrounding area. He listened to our concerns and comments and prepared the listing within a few days. The house was on the market for two days when we received an offer. He was present for the house inspection and followed up with the financing appraisal. He was also present for the final walk-thru the night before closing. He was continuously working making sure everything was progressing smoothly and on schedule from the signing of the listing agreement to the closing day. Above and beyond excellent service.
