We saw over 30 houses with Corey and put offers on 8 before we found our perfect house. During this process, we had a baby who was admitted to the NICU. Corey was so patient with us. He showed us houses late at night and on weekends. When we found our house, Corey went above and beyond to make sure we put forth the most desirable contract for those specific sellers. He showed up to every home showing with a notebook where he had noted specs about the house we were seeing, comparisons to other properties, age of the roof and utilities, etc. Corey does his homework.
