Corey came in and met with us and explained what we needed to do to get the most out of the sale of the home. He was able to tell us the most cost effective way to get the home ready for sale that would produce the max profit. Also during this time there were several times I couldn't get to the home to fix a few things because I was at work. Corey went in on his own time and his own dime, made the repairs that were needed. He also did a great job in dealing with my different family members when they had questions. He treated all of us with kindness and respect. If I ever need Corey again in the future I will always use him to sell my property. I would defiantly refer all my friends and family to him because I know he would do a great job.

ZillowVERIFIED The reviews here pretty much speak for themselves, but I'd like to add in my two cents after an incredibly smooth purchase. We came from out of state and Corey came highly recommended from multiple people. I called him prior to our move, and even months before we were ready to actually purchase the home he was already giving us sound advice. He took tons of time walking us through the nitty-gritty of house purchases, as well as helping us understand the areas we were looking in and making recommendations for alternatives if those areas weren't working out. Being new to an area with snow, he pointed out some elements of houses that we would never have even considered for cold weather. He is clearly a man of integrity and honesty, and we never felt pressured. In fact, it was the opposite - Corey insisted we look turn over every rock to find the right property for us. I'm now writing this from our new home, which we love, and we're very grateful to Corey for his help and knowledge. Hopefully we won't be selling any time soon, but we'll be using Corey for any future transactions.

We had a home listed for sale with a different agent at the time but had experienced terrible customer service and did not intend on using the other agent to purchase our new home. We had contacted 2 other agents before finding Corey and both had declined to show us the property that day. ZillowVERIFIED When looking to sell the house that we'd spent the last five years renovating, we were nervous. This was the first house we'd even owned and honestly, the experience of purchasing the house had not been good. This time around, we wanted to get it right. We'd heard good things about Corey through family and friends, so we asked Corey to come out and talk with us about selling. Corey came prepared with comps for the area, like any realtor should, but more than that, he really took the time to understand and assess all of the hard work and updates that we'd done on the house. His confidence in his knowledge of the area and how our home compared, were barre none. He quickly developed a game plan and produced beautiful photos of our home and did an excellent job of promoting the property through web, social media, and mail. To say the least, we were pleasantly surprised when we had two offers within the first week of listing--but it was the way that Corey kept us informed during every step of the offer process, that had us thrilled that we had chosen him as an agent. It felt like he cared about this important event in our lives as much as we did. If something new came up that needed to be addressed, even if it was 8 o'clock at night, we'd get a text from Corey letting us know where were we and then we'd talk about our options...that was invaluable to a control freak like myself. Professionalism aside, Corey was so personable and thoughtful toward us. Being a first-time seller, I hadn't realized that window treatments typically are sold with the home, so during the move I had take all of the drapes in the house down and packed them in storage--when the buyer came to do a final walk through on our house the morning of closing, they were a bit upset that I had taken the drapes that they assumed where included in the sale and called Corey...Corey called me to let me know about the situation, and because he knew that I had a new baby, he came and helped me re-hang all of the drapes in the house at 9 in the morning so that I wouldn't have to do it alone while juggling a newborn. He went above and beyond for us and we can't say enough good things about him.
