She contacted us and through email and the phone we saw she was a good listener, full of integrity and wise. Upon arrival we met together and went over the process of buying a home in Texas, what we were looking for. I wanted a realtor that was a good listener and could see my vision for a home, honest and skillful in the process of the search and purchase. As we begin to look at homes Corey through our discussions really showed she knew local building and trends and an accurate sense of value. In the end when we found the right home ,she negotiated us through her local wisdom and skill. This savvy approach saved us many pitfalls, revealed things in the home that needed to be addressed, and resulted in a great home at a good value. Highly recommend Corey Booth!

Corey was very patient helping me find the right neighborhood and type of home that met my needs and educated me about the different options and possibilities I had when buying a rental property. She has plenty of experience buying homes for families and for investors, so I entirely trusted her judgement of properties and really valued her opinion and push back of some of my ideas. Corey also has a ton of contacts related to the business which made inspections and financing a breeze. I was always informed of the contents of contracts and all my questions were answered which alleviated much of the pressure that comes with making such a huge financial and time-based commitment.I was very lucky to have Corey as my buyer's agent and as a friend through this process and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the Dallas area. When that fell through, she immediately found us some really good options, worked with her on a reasonable offer and counter offer. We have been on the fence about this big decision because we have two young daughters that would need to make the move and feel comfortable in a new city. I came across our realtor Corey, and I immediately felt like she was the person to help us find the right home for our family. Corey was great at answerimg all of our questions with making a cross country move. It was so fun getting to see all of the homes she had lined up for us. I will say that its refreshing when your realtor really listens to what your looking for. My husband and I may not see eye to eye on houses or have the same design preferences, but Corey was great at finding houses that let us both check things off our wish list! All in all I would highly recommend Corey Booth, she is assertive, kind, has a great personality, and is fun to work with!
