Cord began selling real estate in the latter half of 2009, as the market was continuing its downward trend. He believed that no matter the market, a strategy of real estate fundamentals was the key to bringing value to clients. Through market insight, strong negotiation, and a constant eye on market pricing, Cord has seen a steady rise to one of Athens' top agents.
