Since this was a new process for us he walked us through the whole thing and what each step would look like along the way. When we lost out on multiple bids due to the competitive market, he helped us understand how and ensured us that we were doing great and that we should keep looking. We got frequent reminders from him that great things were ahead and that we would find the perfect home for us! We learned so much about the process because of Cooper's open communication. There was never a time we felt uncomfortable reaching out to him and he always made our questions feel welcome. I also appreciated that he never tried to sell us on a house. He instead listened to us on what we wanted, and what we said about each house that we looked at. He would use our preferences to reinforce our decisions and advise us on what we should offer. Once we had an accepted offer Cooper was fantastic at making sure we were getting a great deal. He was instrumental in negotiating to ensure we got the best bang for each dollar spent. He kept us in the loop on negotiations, and what was going on at any given point. Neither my wife or I felt overwhelmed because of how well Cooper communicated and kept us informed. During our home buying process we had a family member that was also looking for a house and Cooper was our immediate recommendation! They were also first time buyers and closed on a house quickly.
