Cooper is awesome. Period. He was so helpful and ready for anything that we threw at him. I first sat out on a whim to investigate the possibility of purchasing a home in around, say October; you know: checking whats out there, seeing what I could afford, and completely unsure if it was right or feasible. I happened to know an associate of Coopers, Jeff, and when I reached out to him, He directed me straight to him - Cooper, saying he was knowledgeable, energetic, and ready to help! Hesitant to dive-in with any seriousness and with a total stranger, we lined up a property or two to go visit. Cooper met me at the first house we had scheduled to see, to which I was VERY Late, and despite having later appointments in his already late day, Cooper was energetic, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and stayed WAY too long with me - certainly now late for his next appointment. Over the next few home showings, Cooper had become not just the blessing of the ever-so-hard-to-find Great Realtor, but a real friend. Together, we narrowed the search to a couple of properties, and made offers on them. Cooper provided invaluable advice and analytics. Each time, I felt confident, informed, and as though we had the right team to win! We finally found the house - the Right House - and Cooper helped me fight tooth and nail for it. He did it! Cooper got the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood for us! I can never thank him enough for all the driving he did, the phone calls he made, and the time he spent on my behalf.
