ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of having Ms. Constance as our Realator to sell our home in Florida. Thanks to Constance every step of the home selling process was an absolute pleasure! Constance is a highly experienced and knowledgeable Realator; her ability to communicate, in laymens terms, what was going to happen or what she needed us to do was key to accomplishing everything on time. Constancess attention to every detail in this process let our family know that she knows her job and had our best interest at heart. If you are selling or buying a property Ms Constance is the realator you want working for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Constance's help was instrumental in our taking the major step of acquiring a home in order to relocate from the Caribbean to Florida. We flew up to Palm Beach, met with her and in one afternoon bought our dream home out of the 5 properties she so judiciously selected based on our budget and taste. Only an agent with experience, expertise and great insight is capable of such impeccable performance. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home, especially if time is of the essence.

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you Constance for being such a tremendous help to me with the sale of my townhouse!!! I could not have done it without you! You made a very difficult decision (short sale) very effortless....between negotiating on my behalf both with the HOA and the bank. The entire process was stress-free; I have never experienced a closing so smooth before and it was all because you made sure all the necessary paperwork was gathered and fulfilled without a hitch! Your knowledge of the ins and outs of your real-estate industry is truly vast and I look forward to working with you again in the near future! I have confidently shared your name with my friends and family who all are aware they are in good hands with you! Sincerely grateful, Stacey M.

ZillowVERIFIED During a complicated search for the "perfect" home , Constance was an asset. We are relatively new to the area but knew what we wanted and what was important to us. Constance was patient, professional and available throughout our 6 month search and eventual closing on our "perfect" home. We went on a journey through multiple listings, short sales, and bank owned foreclosures; through it all we were very nervous, hesitant and at time frustrated with the process, but Constance was a steadying hand guiding us and keeping us focused and eventually helping us attain our goal. I am a local physician in West Palm Beach and I have recommended her to my co workers without reservation.
