Connor and his team were awesome to work with! I was initially rather overwhelmed with the idea of purchasing my first home but Connor did a great job of explaining the home buying process and setting expectations before we ever looked at any homes which really made the entire transaction rather enjoyable. Everything Connor prepared us for and told us to expect throughout each phase of transaction came to fruition. We ended up purchasing our home way under the asking price and Connor helped us negotiate over $20K in seller concessions and to have the sewer main line replaced before closing on top of that. We couldnt be happier with the results we got and level of service we received and would highly recommend The Connor OHalloran Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Denver.
