He's a Cleveland-area native, with excellent knowledge of the area, and an ear to the ground. ZillowVERIFIED Connor seemed to have okay knowledge about the areas that my son and I were looking in, but beyond that we had a pretty negative experience working with him. We picked him after seeing a lot of great reviews, but should have known after how short and standoffish he was after our first call with him that things were not going to turn out okay. We worked with him a few weeks and toured a handful of houses. He seemed to rush us through the tours and always seemed more interested in talking to the other realtor/buyers if there was an overlapping showing. Why wasnt he that friendly to us? When it came time to put in our first offer on a house, he was very pushy on terms that we werent comfortable with and acted like it wasnt even worth his time writing the offer even though we were going over asking. At the time I just thought it was because the market was challenging, but after switching realtors I saw that the problem had been Connor all along. I wished I had switched sooner.

ZillowVERIFIED Connor was exceptionally flexible with us. Our son worked with him first, and we were pretty involved with that, as our son was a 1st time home-buyer and we wanted to make sure the houses he was looking at were structurally sound and a worthwhile investment. We soon decided that we wanted to buy a 2nd home, as well, for cash, at the lowest possible cost. We had contacted *many* realtors before Connor, and we rarely got any callbacks, or got ghosted after one conversation, even when we were calling the listing agents about THEIR listed properties. Connor did not balk at our bottom-barrel housing idea, and happily showed us several houses in the lowest end price-range. Eventually, we decided to purchase a home in a more traditional way, with a mortgage, and Connor helped us through all of it. Its a whacky market right now, and the rapidity of selling makes the process frenetic, and at baseline, kind of stressful. With Connor, we never felt rushed or pressured, and he helped keep our stress to a minimum. His advice was invaluable. Hes a very chill guy, who worked hard for us. Also, hes funny. Working with someone who is laid back AND funny is such a joy. I strongly recommend him!
