He knows the area, offered accurate and useable advice, and communicated well with us, our attorney, and the buyer's agent. He went out of his way several times to keep things moving. For example, he made himself available to be present for a town inspection. He collected estimates for repairs identified by the home inspection. He even took a few items to the dump for us day before the closing! He is a full-time RE agent, and is 100% committed to his clients. We definitely recommend.
