When we tell our family and friends about our experience with Connie Van - this is how we describe our wonderful dealings with her for the sale of our beloved home of 16 years: * Professional - she tirelessly answered questions and walked us through what to expect and when. She takes pride in her job to take care of her clients in such a way as to make us believe we were her only ones. * Knowledgeable - it is clear Connie knows best practices and relevant laws and market trends. * Highly Skilled - Connie knew the answers off the top of her head to our questions. * Collaborative - she knew who to send in at each step of the sale to get us to the finish line seamlessly, and to get us top dollar for the sale of our home. * Communicative - Connie kept us in the loop every step of the way and prepared us for what was next. * Pleasant - we never once felt our 1001 calls were an imposition to her. * Patient - sometimes Connie answered the same questions but in two different ways so we each understood. * Honesty/Integrity - not afraid to tell us the truth and set expectations and realistic goals. * Passionate for her clients - we always felt she was in our corner and acting in our best interest * Respectful - We didn't feel like she spoke over us or down to us but most importantly, Connie knew what we needed from the sale of our home and never tried to talk us into or out of anything. * Caring - it is so clear that real estate is Connie's profession, but helping people achieve their goals is her passion.
